Esfarayen Steel Supplementary Project
The purpose of the project implementation: Increasing the production capacity of molten steel from 80 thousand tons, providing continuous casting ingots required by Radial Forging Workshop and Lule Gostar Company (producer of seamless pipes), producing high-alloy steels, diversifying the products, providing roughing equipment, tempering and peeling of forged sections, creating a heat treatment workshop for all kinds of operations including quench tempering, refining steel by ESR method, creating advanced laboratories for the production of high-alloy steels, producing heavy ingots up to 80 tons and improving the quality of products .
The subject of the project: the completion plan of casting and forging of Esfarayen Steel Complex including:
- Completion of the existing melting section
- Refinement of steel by melting method
- Continuous casting line supply
- Supplying equipment for hardening and peeling
- Supply of machinery for heavy machinery workshop
- Supplying equipment for the thermal process workshop
- Supplying the laboratory department
- Construction of buildings and relevant facilities
- Installation and commissioning
