Sahand Rubber Industries Project
The purpose of the project implementation: Completion of the Rubber Compounding unit in the Sahand Rubber Industries factory.
The development plan of Sahand Rubber Industries aims to produce conveyor belts with steel fibers (Steel Cord) and reinforced conveyor belts. Completing the compounding unit is the most important effective step in achieving the aforementioned goal and providing the required feed. The project is defined in two phases; First, the new production line is completed and installed with a 270 kg mixer and ROLLMILL provided by the employer along with the automatic weighing package and BATCH OFF provided by the contractor, and after the successful launch of the production line and the output of the product with the desired quality The employer, the two existing production lines of the factory with mixers of 63 and 86 kg, along with the corresponding ROLLMILL and BATCHOFF, will be transferred to the new building.
